Signals For Success:
The Body Language of Sales and Leadership
In sales and leadership, influence is rarely about saying the right thing. It is about how you show up. Signals For Success reveals how presence, body language, and nonverbal cues shape trust, credibility, and decisions before a word is fully processed.
Drawing on more than three decades as a performer, mentalist, and nonverbal communication expert, Christopher helps teams notice what is actually happening in their interactions. He shows them how to read the room, adjust in real time, and project confidence that others instinctively trust.
What you’ll learn:
- How to project calm, confidence, and credibility in high stakes moments
- How to recognize buying signals, hesitation, and decision cues as they happen
- How to build trust quickly in both in person and virtual interactions
Standing Ovation Customer Experience

This keynote helps teams recognize what customers are signaling in real time and respond in ways that feel human, intentional, and trustworthy. Small shifts in communication create outsized impact on loyalty, satisfaction, and trust.
What you’ll learn:
- How to show up with greater presence in customer interactions
- How to recognize emotional cues and respond effectively in the moment
- Communication techniques that elevate the experience and strengthen trust

Achieving the Impossible: Unleash Your Team’s Superpowers
Change creates pressure, and pressure reveals how people really show up. Achieving the Impossible helps teams recognize the habits, assumptions, and communication patterns that surface when things feel uncertain or overwhelming.
Through storytelling, interaction, and practical frameworks, this keynote shows teams how greater self awareness, presence, and clarity unlock new ways of thinking and working together. When people change how they respond to pressure, possibilities expand.
What you’ll learn:
- How to recognize and challenge limiting assumptions in moments that matter
- Practical strategies for staying grounded and focused under pressure
- How to adapt, communicate, and collaborate more effectively during change
The cure for the common keynote
Most keynotes are delivered the same way, regardless of the audience. Mine are not. I pay close attention to what is happening in the room and adjust as I go.
My background as a mentalist trained me to notice subtle shifts in attention, emotion, and engagement. Long before I stepped onto corporate stages, I learned how people communicate without realizing it. Today, those same people reading skills allow me to translate what is happening in the moment into practical, usable insights for professional audiences.
Because of my training in theater and live performance, those insights are delivered in a way that holds attention and creates impact. When people are fully engaged, they do not just listen. They absorb, reflect, and apply what they learn.
I believe effective communication begins with awareness. How we listen. How we read others. How we show up verbally and nonverbally when it matters most. When teams become more aware of these signals, trust deepens, influence grows, and performance follows.
