When it comes to effective communication, it isn’t enough to hear what another person is saying.

Everyone needs to know how to listen–and listen well. That means sharpening one’s ability to observe what’s being communicated both verbally and nonverbally and synthesize this information to interpret another person’s message.

 And it means finding ways to cut back on the “noise” (called communication distortion) that might interfere with what someone is truly trying to tell us. This program is designed to help your team listen, and listen well.
