Make it Magic

Mind bending corporate mentalism guaranteed to transfix any audience!

Your next corporate event should…

Stand Out!

It happens all too often: You hire a professional speaker with great insights to motivate your team at a corporate retreat or other event. About 5 minutes after the speech begins, you look around you, and you notice your team has completely zoned out. Laptops and phones have become fair game. No one’s raising their hand to ask questions or participate.

Let’s face it: If your team can’t focus on the content, there’s no way they’ll engage with it–and you’ll be left with stagnant team dynamics.

What you need is someone who can bring a bit of magic to the room. Someone who can entertain and mystify your audience while delivering tips and insights to help them grow as people and as teams.

That’s where I come in. As a mentalist, I offer a powerful presentation that’s built to engage and inspire your audience.

Are you wondering what MENTALISM is?

Psychology-based performance art

Mentalism is a performance that uses psychology to engage audiences and teach them more about themselves and one another. As a mentalist, one of my goals is to make audiences believe I can read their minds! In truth, I rely on my understanding of how people act as well as my teaching experience–and a touch of showmanship–to engage people and make them think.

My performances bring people together by highlighting a fundamental truth: We all have a lot in common. My mentalism is designed to disarm audience members, build connections among them, and create the kind of social energy that inspires lasting memories.

Why choose me?

As a corporate mentalist with decades of experience in both corporate performance and entertainment, I’ve astonished and inspired audiences of all sizes–from smaller groups to 500-person audiences. In some cases, I’ve entertained as many as thousands of people in one room.

Each time, I’ve crafted a one-of-a-kind, engaging performance that challenge the notion of what we can achieve when we listen to one another.

And because I can tailor my performances to your specific needs, I can help make sure your next event is relevant to your event theme or company message. Whatever your goals, I’m here to help your team achieve them.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is a typical performance?

Ideal length of time for an after dinner performance is 50-60 minutes, although I am often asked to provide 10 to 15 minute presentations for meeting openers.

Is audience participation required? Is it embarrassing?

Audience participation is central to the engagement. While my performances do rely on audience participation to be successful and engaging, none of the work I do is meant to embarrass or shame. My goal is to pull people out of their shells and help them open up to one another. It’s a celebration of vulnerability.

Can your show be customized for our event theme?

All the time. Try to incorporate key members of your team and often incorporate sales talking points, key products, etc.

What types of events are best suited for a mentalism performance?

Awards banquets, client appreciation events, sales incentive events.

How does a mentalist differ from a magician?

For the most part, magicians perform small-scale magic tricks. They may do card magic or sleight of hand tricks that make small objects appear and disappear. Magicians often use props and costumes during their performances as well.

While mentalism is considered a form of magic, mentalists are very different presenters. We use psychology and rely on our ability to read subtle, often nonverbal cues to astonish people and, in many cases, help them learn more about themselves.
